After several years of working together as the Built Environs Perth Building Company joint venture (BEPBC JV) in Western Australia, Built Environs acquired the Perth Building Company in July 2010.

BEPBC JV projects in WA include the award-winning Burswood Office redevelopment and the Ellenbrook Shopping Centre redevelopment, completed in March 2011.

Following the acquisition, Perth Building Company began a staged transition to the Built Environs brand, which was completed in December 2010, with Perth Building Company becoming the WA division of Built Environs.

The Built Environs WA division has a strong history of successful delivery of building construction projects in the commercial, defence, industrial, institutional and retail markets.

The division has a reputation for excelling on complex, technically challenging developments, consistently impressing clients by delivering projects on time within extremely demanding deadlines.

The division is able to draw on expertise from across the Built Environs business, as well as the experience and expertise of parent company, Victorian-based international engineering construction firm McConnell Dowell.
