The team who worked on the Techport Australia Common User Facility (CUF) in the McConnell Dowell Built Environs joint venture (MDBE JV) received a South Australian Civil Contractors Federation (CCF) 2010 Earth Award for projects valued above $75 million.

Of special note, Built Environs was the Master Builders Association's South Australian Builder of the Year (Commercial Builder) in 2006, 2004, 2002 and 2000 and the National Commercial Builder of the Year in 2004.
