The Built Environs Board meets regularly to determine and assess the strategic direction of the company and to ensure the business’s operational capacity can meet these strategic needs.
Each Board member brings a particular set of skills and experiences for the group to draw on.
Scott Penhall was appointed Managing Director of Built Environs in November 2011. Scott joined the company in March 2003 and has held a series of senior management roles that have drawn on his many years of experience in the building construction industry both in Australia and overseas.
Neil Cain is General Manager Strategic Projects for McConnell Dowell Constructors. With over 30 years of engineering construction management experience, Neil secures large and complex engineering projects, as well as manage client and joint venture partner relationships.
Charles Hall is General Manager - Civil and Marine for McConnell Dowell Constructors. Charles has been with McConnell Dowell since 1981 and has particular expertise in the fields of heavy engineering, power generation, water/waste water and water storage and marine infrastructure.
Dale Morrison has been CFO of the McConnell Dowell Group since 2002, overseeing impressive financial and geographical growth. Dale’s presence on the Built Environs Board ensures a strong financial backbone to the company’s growth strategy.
David Robinson is CEO of the McConnell Dowell Group. David's career at McConnell Dowell spans over 30 years. He has extensive Australian and international experience in construction.
Jane Yuile (Non-Executive Director) joined the Built Environs Board in October 2011, bringing a wealth of national business experience and adding further diversity to the board.
