The McConnell Dowell Built Environs joint venture has received an Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) Project Management Achievement Award for an engineering / construction project in excess of $100 million for its work on the Techport Australia Common User Facility (CUF) at Osborne.

Built Environs named 2010 Master Builders Association South Australian Commercial Builder of the Year
As well as receiving the prestigious Commercial Builder of the Year award, Built Environs received an award for excellence for the CMI Toyota West Terrace Showroom, a commendation for the University of Adelaide Plant Accelerator, and, in conjunction with joint venture partner McConnell Dowell, an award for excellence in civil construction for the Techport Australia Common User Facility (CUF).
