September 2010 – Techport Australia Common User Facility wins Australian Institute of Project Management award
The McConnell Dowell Built Environs joint venture has received an Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) Project Management Achievement Award for an engineering / construction project in excess of $100 million for its work on the Techport Australia Common User Facility (CUF) at Osborne.
August 2010 – Built Environs named 2010 Master Builders Association South Australian Commercial Builder of the Year
As well as receiving the prestigious Commercial Builder of the Year award, Built Environs received an award for excellence for the CMI Toyota West Terrace Showroom, a commendation for the University of Adelaide Plant Accelerator, and, in conjunction with joint venture partner McConnell Dowell, an award for excellence in civil construction for the Techport Australia Common User Facility (CUF).

A joint venture between McConnell Dowell and South Australian-based building and engineering company Built Environs has received a prestigious Civil Contractors Federation (CCF) South Australian Earth Award for its work on the Techport Australia Common User Facility (CUF) at Osborne.
