The small number of direct reports at each level of management maintains a focus on best-for-project outcomes, while the streamlined management structure within each division provides clients with fast access to our key decision-makers.

The operational work in the field is supported by the head office-based Finance and Human Resources Divisions.

While the Finance Division provides contractual and accounts processing support, the Human Resources Division helps attract, retain and develop talented people who demonstrate our cultural values.
