Each level of management maintains a focus on best-for-project outcomes, while the streamlined management structure provides clients with fast access to our key decision-makers.

The operational work in the field is supported by the head office-based Finance and Marketing and Communications Divisions.

While the Finance Division provides contractual and accounts processing support, the Marketing and Communications Division provides strategic and hands-on support with stakeholder relations and reputation management.

A New Business and Strategy Division works closely with our project delivery teams to help manage and develop our client relationships.
