In June 2009 Built Environs completed the $60 million Gepps X Home HQ homemaker centre on Main North Road, Gepps Cross, South Australia.

This is now South Australia’s largest bulk goods centre, with a total covered floor area of over 60,000 m2 and parking for nearly 1,500 vehicles.

Both the north and the south main buildings were built simultaneously to achieve the program, with the central building starting later but proceeding similarly.

Two smaller food and beverage buildings were scheduled after the main buildings. These complex buildings required more sophisticated services and finishes.
