Completed in December 2008, the $44 million UniLodge Metro Adelaide student apartment project is a high quality 300-room student accommodation facility in Adelaide, South Australia.

The joint venture project between Built Environs Holdings, Macquarie Bank and the Southbank Group delivered:

• A shared basement level and ground floor, with two lifts servicing a 14-storey northern elevation and eight-storey southern elevation.
• 170 single-bedroom and 130 two-bedroom units, providing a total of 430 beds.
• Common recreation areas, including a gym and gardens.
• 172 m2 of ground floor retail space.
• A separately-titled Management Office.
• Basement level car parking, along with storage areas, a laundry and plant rooms.

Managed by leading student accommodation company UniLodge, the building is the most significant purpose-built student accommodation complex in the Adelaide CBD.
