In partnership with the MBA, Built Environs offers a four-year fast-tracked apprenticeship programme that provides a structured and mentored pathway into a career in the construction industry.

By becoming a Built Environs apprentice, you’ll work on our sites and on the sites of our quality subcontractors in a structured programme that provides practical experience in your chosen trade.

Importantly, you’ll also be paired with an experienced mentor who will help guide you through your apprenticeship programme, as well as pass on their decades of experience in managing people and construction site processes.

We expect that our apprentices will continue to develop by undertaking certificate IV level training in the final year of their apprenticeship and that you will transition into a site leadership role – setting you on an exciting and  successful career path in the construction industry.

To join our apprenticeship programme, you must:

• Be committed to drive your career.

• Be fit and motivated.

• Have passed at least year 10.

• Have construction industry experience or a pre/app VET.

• Be undertaking a related certificate or diploma level course.
