Built Environs offers a three-year programme to scholarship and work experience recipients who have recently graduated from university and have been offered permanent employment with the company.

The graduate programme is run by our Human Resources team in close consultation with our operational management teams.

The programme teaches system- and technically-based topics, along with leadership and interpersonal skills. Participants are required to complete assignments and participate in field trips and group activities.

The sessions are run by a mix of internal and external subject matter experts, with formal evaluations at the completion of each topic.
