At Built Environs, we are not satisfied with merely meeting the AS/NZS ISO 9001: 2008 accreditation for quality systems − we want to exceed it.

Our corporate and project-specific quality management systems are readily accessible to all employees.

A comprehensive Project Management Plan is developed for each project, detailing the specific quality management requirements for that site. That plan is then issued to the client as a record of our commitment to a quality outcome.

Relevant senior management, site personnel and subcontractors are inducted into the plan to ensure that all parties are aware of their required outcomes.

Our subcontractors are also required to align with our quality systems, creating a cohesive unit that is geared to providing the best possible service and results.

Off-site, our head office systems and processes are defined and managed in detail, providing a comprehensive and highly efficient support structure for our engineering and construction projects.

With this comprehensive and rigorous approach to quality, our clients enjoy peace of mind and absolute confidence.
