The Built Environs mentoring programme supports our apprentices and graduates by providing one-on-one access to an experienced construction industry mentor to give them the best start to their career.
The 12-month programme provides graduates and apprentices with an opportunity to meet with their mentor to discuss their goals and develop strategies to reach them. Employees meet with their mentor regularly to track their progress.
Mentees are also free to bring up issues that they’re encountering at work—whether technical, professional or personal—and work through them. It’s very rare that a mentor hasn’t been through the same experiences themselves, so staff can benefit from their mentor’s years of experience.
