Built Environs has been awarded the contract to deliver the first stage of the West Franklin Development on behalf of developer Greaton.
The first stage of West Franklin is located on the corner of Elizabeth and Franklin Streets and features 272 residential apartments spread across two towers (north tower is 20 storeys and the south tower is 18 storeys). They both share a common podium comprising 1,100 sqm of retail on the ground level, resident facilities and car parking (236 spaces). Residential facilities include a 20 metre lap pool, gym, spa, sauna, resident dining rooms, BBQ facilities, cinema, golf simulator and roof top bar.

The West Franklin masterplanned development will create an entirely new destination within Adelaide’s City West. Situated on the corner of Franklin, Elizabeth and Morphett Streets, the lifestyle precinct represents the future of living in Adelaide and comprises 560 luxurious apartments and penthouses spread across four iconic towers.
Local Adelaide architects Brown Falconer led the exterior design and interior fit-out. The urban village precinct has been designed to meld with the historic fabric of the site. Its stylish glass, metal and stone exteriors are designed for the 21st century.
