The development includes:
- 287 apartments with a mix of Studio and 2 and 3 bedrooms apartments + penthouses.
- 4 levels of carparking.
- 1 restaurant and 1 retail tenancy.
- Spa and Sauna areas.
- A Gymnasium.
- Roof terraces.
During the tender and post tender periods Built Environs assisted our client with value engineering, buildability and constructability advice.
Building Information Modeling (BIM) is being utilised on the project, with the building also incorporating a BubbleDeck precast concrete system to ensure a safe, efficient and sustainable development.
