We take the ongoing health, safety and wellbeing of our staff, subcontractors, clients, consultants, visitors and the general public very seriously. Built Environs has a proactive commitment to zero harm on our worksites and in our offices.
We implement tailored work health and safety management strategies to target exceptional work health and safety performance on each project. A dedicated Work Health and Safety plan details the procedures to manage each project from an occupational health and safety perspective.
In managing work health and safety, Built Environs requires all parties within its control to abide by all relevant occupational health and safety policies, procedures, statutory requirements and the Work Health and Safety Act 2012 (Cth).
Built Environs runs regular training programmes to encourage employees to go above and beyond the call of duty with regard to safety matters and procedures. This ensures that all employees understand the importance of their commitment and awareness, and that their dedication is recognised and valued.
Our occupational health and safety management system is accredited by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance to the Australian and New Zealand standard, AS/NZS 4801.
Our safety system is also accredited by the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner.
