  • Built Environs Awarded Adelaide Oval Hotel Project

    Built Environs are pleased to announce the award of a design and construction contract for the Adelaide Oval Hotel by the Adelaide Oval.

    The hotel will be built on two elevated pods that follow the external curves of the eastern façade of the stadium and therefore will not encroach on the parklands or the plaza. None of the stadium’s existing access/egress, including the plaza and atrium entry, are affected by the development and neither is the seating bowl.


  • Bringing together world class expertise for the Puhinui Interchange

    Built Environs are pleased to announce that a McConnell Dowell and Built Environs joint venture has been awarded the Early Contractor Engagement (ECI) contract for the Puhinui Station Interchange.

    The Puhinui Interchange is a key component of the Southwest Gateway, a programme aimed at enhancing public transport connectivity between Auckland Airport and the CBD. It is also a catalyst for wider bus and rail connections to enable more sustainable transport modes.


  • Built Environs Awarded Modbury Hospital Upgrade Project

    Built Environs is pleased to announce that it has been appointed as the Managing Contractor for the pre-construction services for the Modbury Hospital Upgrade Project in South Australia.

    Daryl Young, Managing Director of Built Environs said the project driven by Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI) and SA Health is a community improvement program of work enhancing the design of the hospital and improving access to patient care.
