Mount Alexander 7-12 College has officially transitioned into their new learning hub!
As part of the Flemington Education Plan by the Victorian Government, Mount Alexander College now boasts a new five-storey learning hub, amphitheatre, and central square. The Built Environs team recently received practical completion after commencing on site in late 2021.
This innovative hub will be central to everyday learning and paves the way for future growth. Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities the College can now accommodate up to 900 students in the years to come. Students and teachers have access to classroom spaces and resources that are specifically catered to the arts (fine art and multimedia), performing arts (music, dance and drama), digital and systems technology, junior science, a senior student common room and lounge, new administration office, staff support and general classroom learning.
Well done to our exceptional project team for their unwavering dedication. You guys have truly rocked it despite the challenges along the way. We couldn't be happier with the outcome - it’s absolutely fantastic!
