Construction of a 25 story mixed use development located in the heart of the Adelaide CBD at 116 – 122 Waymouth Street.
The project includes the provision of one cold shell restaurant and one retail tenancy as well as residential shared areas.
During the tender and post tender periods Built Environs assisted our client with value engineering, buildability and constructibility advice.
Throughout the building process, we continued to provide expert design & construct assistance, to ensure the client was across all key consideration items.
